Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities
Our process starts with the procurement of A-grade paper from mills across India. The design work for the title covers also commences simultaneously.
Once the paper reaches our factory, it is then transferred to our machines for either ruling, folding or cutting based on the final product specification.

Our SHS-91 Super High-Speed Ruling Machine delivers precise and consistent ruling at speeds of up to 250 meters per minute. It supports multi-color printing with up to 3 colors on both sides of the paper, ensuring high-quality output for notebook production.

📚 Perfect Bound Production Line
Folded sheets are first sewn using semi-automatic sewing machines and then processed through our Well Bound 6 Clamp Perfect Binder to produce strong, perfectly bound notebooks. The output is then directed to trimming, packaging, or hardbound conversion.
